Gunbrella, the new side-scrolling action-platformer published by Devolver Digital, launched this week to positive reviews. For a limited time, PC players can grab the game at a 17% discount from Fanatical using the coupon code FANATICAL17 at checkout.
Fanatical’s digital coupon drops the price to $12.45 (normally $17), plus you get an additional 5% off code usable on your next Fanatical purchase. This deal is technically available for all full-priced PC games at Fanatical’s store until September 30, but it’s a perfect way to snag Gunbrella for cheap. All keys purchased at Fanatical unlock via Steam.
Developed by Doinksoft, the studio behind the excellent metroidvania Gato Roboto, Gunbrella is a 2D action-adventure game set in a gritty world that mixes gritty noir mystery and occult horror with dark humor and detailed pixel art. Players explore a mysterious city with the aid of their trusty Gunbrella–which is exactly what it sounds like, an umbrella with a gun. The unique weapon can blast enemies and doubles as a traversal tool that lets you float, grapple, dash, and more.
As you explore the dark corners of each environment, you’ll meet quirky NPCs, unlock new abilities for your Gunbrella, and uncover secrets behind a supernatural mystery terrorizing the city. If that sounds like your thing, be sure to grab Gunbrella using Fanatical’s limited-time discount deal.
Along with the PC release, Gunbrella is also available on the Nintendo Switch eShop.
Fanatical also has deals on a bunch of upcoming AAA games, including Lies of P and Mortal Kombat 1. Make sure to check out Fanatical’s upcoming games hub to see all of the PC games you can save on right now.
