Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom – Twilight Armor Set Guide

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Twilight armor set takes you all the way down to the Depths. Still, this reward might be worthwhile, as it’s reminiscent of Link’s attire from Twilight Princess. Here’s our guide to help you get the full Twilight armor set in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

How to get the full Twilight armor set in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

The Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Twilight armor set consists of the Cap of Twilight, Tunic of Twilight, and Trousers of Twilight. We discuss each item’s location in this guide. Also, you can take a look at the map below to see where this entire endeavor will take you:

Cap of Twilight

Surface Chasm: Drenan Highlands – This is directly west of the Typhlo Ruins Skyview Tower.Depths Location: Gleeok DenDepths Coordinates: 0215, 3200, -0623.

This is, by far, the hardest piece to get among three, if you’re unprepared. That’s because you’ll have to defeat a King Gleeok. You can take it slow and steady by using the Zonai Fan cheese and mid-air aimed shots with your bow. However, if you already have a lot of Beam Emitters, you can just create a destructive laser array.

Tunic of Twilight

As you skydive into the Depths, you’ll see the Niuzimod Lightroot. Below that is the Ancient Underground Fortress. You can ignore the enemies here and just grab the reward from the chest.

Surface Chasm: East Akkala Plains – This is fairly close to the Sinatanika Shrine.Depths Location: Rist Mine.Depths Coordinates: 4517, 2168, -0454.

When you head down the East Akkala Plains Chasm, you’ll want to tag the Akinatanis Lightroot just to have a clear view of your surroundings. Then, follow the mountain pass as it leads south. You should see the Kawikatisar Lightroot, too.

You’ll then notice a narrow passage that leads northeast, a spiral-shaped tunnel leading into the Rist Mine. There are several pushover enemy mobs here, so you’re free to ignore them. At the very end of the mines, you’ll find this armor piece for the Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Twilight Set.

Surface Chasm: South Akkala Plains Chasm – This is directly south of Domizuin Shrine, slightly below the ruined bridge that has a Thunder Gleeok.Depths Location: Ancient Underground FortressDepths Coordinates: 3320, 1507, -0856.Trousers of Twilight chest

Each piece of the Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Twilight Set grants +3 defense (for a total of +9 defense). You’re not really gaining a huge benefit from the full outfit. But, at the very least, it should remind you of another classic Link attire.
